Because of our commitment to participants and sponsors, we want to have a complete understanding of you background, motivations, and interests so that we can make careful and deliberate decisions on managers/coaches that will benefit the league. As a JBA Manager, I understand that I am responsible for all JBA furnished equipment and I am required to return equipment on the designated date (as communicated to me by the JBA).

As a JBA Manager/Coach, I understand that I may be asked to help with field maintenance and assist the JBA Field Maintenance Committee.
